Grey Fox Bakery is lovingly run by Jennifer Chou, a Taiwanese-American baker with a sweet tooth and a scientific streak. By day, she’s a pharmacist; by night (and weekend), she brings her passion for nostalgic Asian-inspired treats to life. A Metro Detroit native, Jennifer infuses every bake with both precision and heart.
